Navigating the Swirl: Overcoming Organizational Barriers to Successful AI Adoption
The workshop is led by Sue Murray and Nicki Crane, Principal Subject Matter Experts at the MITRE Corporation who are focused on AI adoption across the federal government.
Successful AI implementation and adoption is elusive to many organizations. While there are many technical barriers to successful AI adoption, research shows that most barriers are related to human and organizational factors. In this workshop, we will discuss the top organizational barriers to successful AI adoption, as well as leading practices to overcome these barriers.
